Das Boutique Hotel Restaurant Ysbrantsz befindet sich im Herzen von Hoorn am Platz Roode Steen. Ysbrantsz öffnete seine Türen im Jahr 2020 und ist seitdem ein Ort, an dem man nach Hause kommt. Ein Ort für eine Tasse Kaffee, ein gemütliches Abendessen, ein Arbeitstreffen oder eine Übernachtung in einem der historischen Zimmer.

Ysbrantsz freut sich, seine Gäste im Restaurant auf eine Tasse Kaffee, ein Mittagessen, einen Drink oder ein Abendessen begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Küche wird von Küchenchef Tom Tros geleitet. Die regelmäßig wechselnde Speisekarte bietet raffinierte Gerichte, wobei so weit wie möglich Produkte aus der Saison und der Region verwendet werden.

Boutique Hotel Restaurant Ysbrantsz is located in the heart of Hoorn on the Roode Steen square. Ysbrantsz opened its doors in 2020 and has been a place to come home ever since. A place for a cup of coffee, a cozy dinner, a work meeting or an overnight stay in one of its historic rooms.

In the restaurant, Ysbrantsz welcomes his guests for a cup of coffee, lunch, a drink or dinner. The kitchen is led by chef Tom Tros. The regularly changing menu offers refined dishes, and products from the season and the area are used as much as possible.
